A Day Retreat to Realign and Envision
The new year is a time of deep reflection, contemplation, and consideration. This intimate day retreat is meant to create intentional space to metabolize our prior year and gently feel into the year ahead. Born from a desire to reconnect with who we truly are, this retreat offers a container to realign with ourselves and explore how to live with fuller presence. On January 10th, you’ll enjoy a spacious day retreat encompassing a guided release of the previous year, a somatically inspired meditation and yoga practice, a delightful lunch in excellent company, an afternoon workshop focused on clarifying personal values, and a guided process to weave these reflections into a vision for the year ahead. Our day will end with a celebratory toast.

The Location
The setting of our day retreat is a private property called Dovetail Ranch in Buellton, California. With expansive views and grounding, healing energy, we’ll experience yoga in the refurbished barn and workshops in the guesthouse.
You’ll have the option to make your day retreat into an overnight experience, with several accommodation options shared upon enrollment.
Cost
$375 per person includes a full day of meditation, yoga, a values workshop, nourishing lunch, and guided visioning for the year ahead. With limited space, this intimate retreat ensures personalized attention, meaningful connection, and a truly transformative experience.
