The past two years have affected everyone, from deepening anxiety to unease or even distress, both physically and mentally. Personal rejuvenation and growth are rarely fostered in our jam-packed lives. This wellness retreat was born out of our own desire to find space for ourselves and to support others in creating that space.

The choice of space is very intentional - a beautiful country rich with history, culture, and life’s pleasure, and a community of like-minded individuals to share with, grow, and reclaim ourselves. The Location

Locanda del Gallo is a luxury private villa that sits atop the magnificent hills of unspoiled Italian landscape. Imagine 29 acres of lush beauty, making this the ideal place to retreat, discover, and live your best life. Enjoy excursions to immerse yourself in the magic of Italy, along with workshops, yoga, meditation and so much more!

What to Expect

Expect daily movement, breath & guided self-discovery workshops. Enjoy nourishing, Italian-inspired meals with a healthy & modern twist. (Food intolerances & requests will all be accommodated)! Access to the gorgeous grounds of the Villa, pool, jacuzzi, and the spa are available to you throughout your stay. Each and every need will be tended to. Expect to explore the local area and enjoy exclusive experiences...all with an intimate group of both new and old friends.

  • The Spa at Locanda de Gallo offers a wide range of massage, body treatments, and facials at your convenience. This Moorish-style spa with a Turkish bath inspires relaxation. 

  • There will be a limited number of private health coaching sessions with Shannon available to book, on a first-come-first-served basis (at no additional cost)

Meet Your Hosts

Brianna Welke Turpin

Brianna is a yoga, meditation, and breathwork teacher with over 12 years of experience teaching classes, workshops, online courses, and yoga teacher training. She believes that yoga is for everyone and that we all benefit from reconnecting with our breath, bodies, and authentic sense of purpose. Her approach to yoga is to "come as you are" and believes this practice is meant to meet and transform you where you are at in your own physical, mental, and spiritual life. Shannon Rubenstone

Shannon Rubenstone is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, specializing in both private and group coaching using a holistic methodology.  A leader in the field of healing women’s gut and vaginal health issues, she approaches overall health by examining the role that nutrition, mindset, stress, movement, and lifestyle all play. Shannon encourages understanding the bigger picture of her clients' health, allowing space for women to ‘zoom out’ and treat themselves with compassion, while gaining control over their mindset, bodies, and future. The Cost

We have two different options available:

  • Shared Accommodation: $2,500* / $2,600 per person

  • Private Accommodation - Sold Out - Waitlist Available: $3,400* / $3,500 per person

*early bird pricing through Thanksgiving (November 25, 2021)

A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to hold your spot. The final payment will be due on March 10th, 2022. Installment payments are available. Travel insurance is required for this retreat to assure you the smoothest and most carefree planning.
