About the event
It’s time to reflect on the past year to help us align with our vision for the future. Through breathwork, writing prompts, connective sharing, meditation, and movement through yoga we will gather up energy and set intentions for 2024. You will be among a supportive group at one of the most significant connections of the year.
We will begin our time together with gentle breathwork as we meditate & reflect on the past year. You’ll be invited to journal and share as we make meaning of 2023. Enjoy a 20-minute gentle yoga movement session (think lying on the back, gentle spinal movements, and child’s pose) before moving into our exploration of values, future visioning, and intentions for 2024. Plan for internal exploration & meaningful connection.
